Cut 6 potatoes (2 pounds) and 2 large sweet onions into 8 wedges each. Spread evenly in a 1/2-inch deep baking pan. Add 3/4 cup canned chicken broth, 2 teaspoons dried tarragon, salt & pepper to taste. Roast in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
